Not really. Post 2014, Telangana has seen the highest pay scale increases and now Telangana pay scale rank second after Delhi state.

2 times PRC was initiated, 2015 and 2021. Interim relief, fitment, 100% DA, 100% hike in allowances etc….State govt employees benefitted a lot.

Andhra la leka leka isari, DA ichinaru where as the need is PRC. CBN as always, cheated.
