needhi Feb1st ki H1 ayepothey, Feb end dhaka ela work chesthav nee yenkamma. Nee H1 expiry date untadhi ga I-797 copy meedha. You cannot be on payroll after that date. 60 days grace period untadhi ga to keep yourself in status. e Govt shutdown etthese dhaka you cannot file for Labor and H1-B

Ninna Mandar video lo chepthunde, if you are in such situation talk to your attorney file H1-B with USCIS (stating that as DOL is in shutdown you will submit your labor after it resumes ani). But idhi antha ela work avvuddi anedhi case by case, talk to your employer and attorney. Good Luck

If you are currently working from India you are not on H1B. Your H1B activates once you land at port of entry and deactivates the minute you steps out. USCIS has nothing to do here. You can work any number of days even after Feb 2026.

But you and your company might be already violating IRS and Indian Income Tax rules.
