Yes if you do 2 …. Minimum 3 is must. Sooner or later private firms will start suing people - just firing daggare aagavu. Also prime vendors can do the same.

What ethics these private corporations have cheppu? They can (especially tech are brutal, these days) can fire/PIP you anytime without any cause, then what’s wrong in taking advantage of them? If one has zeal, no visa dependency and can complete work load, then no harm in doing multiple jobs ani my bavana. Most corporations don’t even claw back bonuses in liberal states due to strong labor protections, let alone sue people (unless guy steals the confidential information), all they care is profits QOQ, not fighting in courts with individuals. To sum up, as per our gumpu mestri @Sucker say, do as many as private jobs per your oopika/stamina but respect Fed/state/govt jobs, and don’t put your fingers everywhere if you are dealing with govt.

During the pandemic, this was much more prevalent than it is now, and companies didn’t take any action then . There’s no law in the U.S. that restricts citizens from working for more than one employer — you have the right to work wherever you choose. The most a company can do is terminate your employment (unless you are not stealing confidential data) or mark you as not eligible for rehire. It’s not like being on an H-1B visa where you’re tied to one employer. As long as your productivity and performance remain strong, companies usually don’t bother with such minor issues — what they really care about are results and profits.

Anna ilanti paragraphs post chesi don’t encourage our desi batch— Inka ekkuva chestaru.  When I said law — it is when a company decides to go against you using their policies as simple as stealing hours like this nyc case - especially if you work for a competitor. Shitzens ki aathcare matter ayyundochu but visa batch alochinchaali.

Ade kadayya gumpu mestri, memu chepedi, private lo chesukunodiki cheskunantha. 30+ uncles ki koncham kastam , Anduke, 6 months on and 6 months off for dual jobs might be best approach, that way someone won’t get burned out easily.
