You can fire crackers in unincorporated areas which don’t fall under any city..  so July 4th chala Mandi just watch the fireworks and ppl who own lands or houses in the outskirts fire them in their backyards… mostly rural areas lo ne chestaru and not in the cities

I understand the purpose, but I disagree with the discrimination. Everything is built around humans and their choices. So, wood vundi kada ani mana padhatulu marchukomante chellavu. We need to propose solution for the customs.
