None claimed burning of the fallen leaves played role in burning down of any structure. Insurance fraud is the most probable cause. A lot of Canadians and Americans do it, as it's seen as an easy way out to make money. You could simply identify a smear campaign. Here, the news items are one sided, blinding the other side.
