What's it in life you want? Decent amount of money in India gives you decent flex as well. Bad transport? Bad roads ? Buy SUV or any ladder frame chassis vehicle. Bad schools? Sure, if you made it to the US, then your kids can too. All they need is some 🔥 in their bellies. They will now have resources+network from you to guide them. You can always have work around. That's what people with money do in India. The sweet spot is to have money and connections that will help you out in tough times. There is a hierarchy of needs for every individual 1. Basic needs : food, shelter 2. Reproductive needs: Sex and partner 3. Upgrade/desires: Luxury whether a car you drive, house you own, vacations, you can add all that the money can buy 4. Recognition: This comes when people want society to recognize them when above 1-3 are fulfilled. People join politics, social work, film etc all for that. 5. Belonging: After 1-4 are done, you search for this. 1-3 addressed in India as well. 4 works for Indians in US with Indian and sub-indian levels community levels. That's all 5. I doubt it highly. You can clamour as much as you want, a transplant is transplant at the end of the day. Quote
