We had 10-15% reduction in rents near our community with top schools.

Not any more. Home builders incentives have been same since last 2 months, even though the market has gone soft.

illegal will never buy anna..

existing H1Bs will sail the boat anna.. this is all temporary.. better deals are in market now. 

No one wants to buy during november and december months because it mid school year. With the uncertainity, this is the time you can actually negotiate very well. 

If you wait through next summer, you will see competition.

@Sonu_Patel anna... To buy a new build.. do we really need a realtor anna? The place where I live have only one good builder which I like. The worst thing I did was I went to their office without realtor(I was not aware of the rules about the commission)...

No need bhavani. Without realtor, you lose the 3% commission by builder to realtor. Usually, realtors give you a majority if not most of that. Builder wont pay if you say no to realtor question during the first visit.
