H1B 1st 100K case

RFE issued! For H-1B consular processing petition filed on October 2nd (before USCIS' latest clarification on 100K) for beneficiary in India.

 

Another update: USCIS issued an RFE seeking 100K fee for a petition filed on September 19th (USCIS received it on September 22nd) for a CAP exempt beneficiary out of the country via consular processing

 

Both new petitions- beneficiaries were in the U.S before and returned to home country and previous H-1B period expired.

Anna ikkada US lo Approve ayyi I94 ivvakunte situation yendhi cause nenu thatha 1st term lo naa CPT friends ki chusa aa trend. Now all are settled but what about new batches cases like this?

You can always call USCIS call center to get it corrected ga anna. COS badulu CP approve chesthe correct chestharu. one of the common mistakes anukunta. But clarification ichaduga 20th na, already lopalunna or inthaka mundu h1 vunna...not applicable ani.
