Private travels dont have this. One change I have observed during the last trip is...police r issuing speeding tickets in Karnataka highways. There was someone taking the speed measurement about 500m from the spot and police were communicating over wireless abt the color of the vehicle so thy can stop.....as typical of India, thy r issuing dummy tickets from previous vehicles and pocketing the fines (1500 typical). They are giving fines on vehicles.. but aa challans chala mandi kattadam ledu.. they are paying only when the police catch them and seize the vehicle Quote
