but who are selling and who are buying is the question here.

The consulting firms in Ameerpet are selling student and H1-B visas and the buyers are those ones who want to leave the country at all costs.

So, how can anyone blame USA Gov or Americans for the dreams that are sold by somebody to someone somewhere in the world?
