Lucky him. I think the real estate market is not same across the nation. CA is seeing bigger declines esp in remote areas that went up during Covid. There are absolutely no buyers there. Bigger discounts. But housing has gone out of hand for common people. A 1700 SqFt Townhome built 20 yrs back in my community is 1.3M
