Frankly the thing that we all should be afraid is not religion. But it's the missionary way of conversion.

Be it Christian or Hinduism or Islam, at some point the core of the religion will matter no more.. now Hinduism is in the same trend. They are colonizing everywhere and starting to show signs of extreme discrimination to locals. Religious groups are on full on missionary mode Isckon swaminarayan etc. Xians are only getting jealous about it. 

But the main problem is free will, scientific and rational thinking is dying with same pace
