Current ACA premiums for my wife and I: $422/mo with enhanced tax credits. 2026 estimate, no tax credits: $2814/mo.

 

This is for a Kaiser Silver 70 plan. I’m a 60-year-old self-employed farmer and rural small business owner in Northern California. Even the Kaiser Bronze 60 plan is $2296/mo.   

 

I am horrified.
