I think its better to apply capsaicin cream to chest area before sleep everyday. High bp persons shouldn't use trick.

Try alternate-nostril breathing (Nadi Shodhana). Just sit comfortably, close your right nostril and breathe in slowly through the left. Then close the left nostril and breathe out through the right. After that, breathe in through the right and out through the left. Do this slowly for about 5 mins. It really calms the mind and helps you relax.

 

And if you’re doing this in the evening, try to sit near some fresh air, not in closed room. Or you can keep a few plants in your room like Snake Plant, Aloe Vera, Areca Palm, or Tulsi. They release oxygen at night and make the room feel fresher. If in India, Vepa Chettu best for oxygen air.
