matter in 2 lines

According to the document:

  • The Plaintiff alleges that the Defendant company (and the individual defendants) engaged in various violations concerning his employment under visa sponsorship (H-1B) and associated obligations. Breitbart+1

  • Key claimed violations include:

    • The company required Plaintiff to pay or bear costs associated with his H-1B visa, or else risk losing his immigration status. Breitbart

    • The company allegedly paid Plaintiff only 80% of what he earned from end-clients rather than the "prevailing wage" required by law. Breitbart+1

    • The company threatened to withdraw his visa if he did not comply with compensation demands and/or refrain from leaving the employment arrangement. Breitbart

  • The Claim also asserts that the Defendants promised to file an immigrant visa (green card) for the Plaintiff, but used that promise as leverage to enforce the unlawful compensation scheme.

1) H1 fees employee pettukovali - common for ppl working on 80/20 basis. Also depends on the rate. If he is getting less rate, they cannot bear the h1b expenses.
2) 80-20 split of pay rate.

He must be getting a very low rate from the client.. chala Mandi unnadu ilaaga $40-$50 ki work chesevallu.. idi work aithe, they will file a case on the employer to get a green card.. 😁😁
