Anna aa list lo many jabbus comes from pamily. I believe high skilled batch ki no issues cause they can take care of their public charge rule with their paycheck but only issue is taking more time processing ki anthe. Only pamily based is Assam from outside but I believe the can manage outside embassy ante le. This rule is make sure take processing time more delays and visa go under use. I said this from day 1 thhey will come with public charge rule and make things very slow ani especially GC lu from both ends
