According to the latest international survey, the City of Pearls stands at the 4th position, while Mumbai follows at 5th. Bengaluru tops the global list, showcasing India’s growing dominance in the urban development landscape. India features prominently with three cities like Bengaluru, Delhi and Hyderabad, among the top five, underlining the nation’s rapid economic and infrastructural expansion. These cities are becoming major hubs for technology, innovation and investment, attracting global attention for their progressive growth models. China, too, maintains a strong presence with Shenzhen, Guangzhou and Suzhou making the list in 6th,7th and 8th positions respectively, while Riyadh and Manila round off the top ten with 9th and 10th positions. The rankings highlight Asia’s growing urban dynamism and the shift in economic power from the West to rapidly developing Eastern cities. Quote

Hyderabad is the best next only to Bangalore. This region between Hyd and Bangalore will be a growth engine for the next few decades… Quote

And neighboring good hiking trekking places like Araku. Vizag will beat both in 15 year. Add Ports and Railway zone. Only -ve is cyclone once or twice a year. Keep those two days out. Yeah, I agree. Service sector will eventually see a saturation point and may be a decade or so closer to stagnation point. More than pharma and biotech, I see SME’s as future economy driver. Quote

But the thing is that Vizag lo saturate ayipoina service industry ni encourage chestunaru. Manufacturing is Vizag’s strength and what ever Vizag today is because of port and manufacturing. Without this, Vizag cannot beat any other city and as long as Lokesh and CbN are in power, no manufacturing set up will ever set foot as it is evident. Quote
