Posting anonymously because I’m embarrassed and don’t want my co-workers to know or have ill effects at my job.

 

This community has been kind to me when I was pregnant for which I’m ever grateful 🙏

 

I’m a new mom doing my best to keep up with everything — between daycare, bills, and baby needs, things have gotten really tough lately. My baby boy is now almost 9 months old, and we’ve been trying to make ends meet after going through fertility treatments, unpaid leave, and high childcare costs. Both my husband and I work, but it still hasn’t been enough to cover everything, and we have no help from the fily nor are they anywhere near.

 

I’m hoping to see if anyone might have:

 

👶 Baby boy clothes (9–12, 12 months, 12-18 months), shoes, toys, or developmental items

 

🧸 Activity center, walker, playard, or Nugget-style couch, big swing, wood activity center, jumpers, ball pit, holiday ornament.

 

🧷 Diapers (size 3 or 4) preferred Pampers and baby wipes (preferred wet wipes)

 

I have a wish list if anyone wishes to check over dm, if they have something that is gently used or unused by the baby and I can then pick up or pay for the shipping and share my zip over dm.

 

We’re also a single-car family, and the brakes have started acting up — it’s scary driving with the baby. If anyone knows a trustworthy, affordable mechanic or a place that can help with brake repair or even car donations, I would be so grateful.

 

Lastly, we’ve fallen a bit behind on daycare (about a month) and are looking for any suggestions or resources that could help cover or assist with childcare costs for 1 month or less if possible.

 

Any kindness, advice, or donations of items gently used or unused — truly anything — would mean so much right now for all 3 of us along with 2 pets (dog and cat).
