Home prices reduce chesina evadu konadam ledu.. so they are encouraging folks to jump into housing but sad part is buyers will end up more interest and home prices will increase.

True. You will pay same monthly payment for a 50 year mortgage with 7% interest vs 30 year at 5% for a say 800k home So they are making you pay some monthly payment for 50 years instead of 30 years.

I think you misunderstood the whole plan.

These houses are not for people who own multiple properties. They are for people who are first time buyers, cannot afford the big houses very first time, cannot afford to pay bigger instalments.

The plan would for a capped loan amount for some houses, for first time buyers with lowest interest possible and longest term possible

but catch here is the monthly mortgage payment will be comparatively much less than 30 year loan term.

Throw example anna. I see  ~  $ 900 differnce between 30 and 15 year for 500k home.

$3,797 and $2,918. What will be for 50 year ? $2400 ?

30 Year old is 6%. 15 year is 5%. How much will be for 50 years. how much small the monthly payments will be.
