If that is the case, then Congress candidate, Naveen Yadav could be sweeping the Jubilee Hills seat, which previously had BRS representation. Either way, we will get the official result on November 14 after the counting

That fortress is gone forever due to the change in geographical boundaries. You have to understand, TDP had very strong leaders (much better than Andhra) in TG. They are mostly with BRS now and some went to Congi. TDP and YCP are irrelevant in TG politics.

Ruling party ki by-election lo eppudu advantage vuntadi. BRS tried to show it as a referendum for anti-incumbency. Same thing happened in nandyal by-election where bhuma akhila priya won in 2017 and miserably lost in general election, a year n half later.
