manollu unna chota references and fraud are very common..  it doesn’t matter whether they are on h1 or h4ead or GC or opt..

proper background check through work number chesthe chaalu.. adi mandatory chesthe, they will root out all of the fraud candidates..

You are looking with bias and you are finding such examples. Many H4EADS are much better and more qualified than H1Bs.

There are many H1Bs who are good for nothing. They should be kicked out first.

Unqualified H4EADS usually work elsewhere....nowadays walmart is the new trend. And some also work in QA. Why would a H1 complain about H4EAD taking up low end QA jobs? If he is competing for that position, he should be deported first.

There are many people from other countries who became Americans due to faster GC process who are good for nothing and just warm the seats or play politics. What about them?

Laws em akkarledu.. they can change lot of stuff with Executive orders.. or use some emergency powers to change..
