mostly only people who have done PhD are considered as ml engineers and most big organisations require phd to even get recruited into ML,rest are all just scrap who are just using engineered solutions

ee madhya prati okkadu ai thought leaders, pioneers eee. very few people who are at the top actually post or share anything. most of linked in is filled with crap posted by inexperienced  people or influencers with few exceptions. linked in is the new facebook.
