Priyanka's Fierce 1st Look as Mandakini in SSMB29

The wait is finally over! The makers of SS Rajamouli’s highly anticipated action-adventure film starring Mahesh Babu have unveiled the first look of Priyanka Chopra Jonas as Mandakini.

Tentatively titled SSMB29, the film marks Priyanka’s grand return to Indian cinema and her first-ever collaboration with Rajamouli; the visionary director behind RRR and Baahubali.

In the striking first-look poster, Priyanka stuns in a mustard-yellow saree, clutching a gun as she strides across rocky terrain with fierce determination.

The windswept backdrop and her intense gaze hint at a bold, powerful character. Sharing the poster, Priyanka captioned it, “She’s more than what meets the eye… say hello to Mandakini.”

The film, reportedly titled Globetrotter, is shaping up to be one of India’s most ambitious cinematic ventures, with its story inspired by African exploration adventures.

Rajamouli also recently introduced Prithviraj Sukumaran’s character, Kumbha, calling him “sinister and ruthless.”

His first look shows him in an all-black outfit, seated on a high-tech wheelchair, radiating menace.

The makers have announced that the official title and first teaser of Globetrotter will be unveiled on November 15, 2025, at a grand event in Ramoji Film City, Hyderabad, which will be live-streamed on JioHotstar.
