Money and liquor general elections lo 2%-5% effect avuthundhi. Byelections lo oka gattiga try chesthe oka 7%-10% effect avuthaadhi. Anthakante kashtam. JH lanti place lo 7%-10% kashtam. And both parties spent money. BRS is cash rich party in India. They have huge reserves and spent well in this election. And BRS tharupuna poti chesina candidate ki dabbulu thakkuvem levu and party support full.

arey emi matladuthunnava kaka... by elections la power lo unna party ki kakunda vere party ki voteste akkada unde vallaki emi use undadu back lash thappa... People already faced this already in previous elections read the history... Jubilee hills has more number of educated and cash oriented people. Since they know that it is not wise to moved away from Ruling party... why should they reject the money ....
