AI 🤖 jamana lo why big tech needed much low cost/low output resources? 75% H1b elago low level support work that is bound to get automated kada, all they needed is 20k yearly high skilled workers who contribute with cutting edge skills kada . I have worked in few tech startups and the ratio of H1b workers are very slim there. All they looked for is quality worker not particularly low cost one, was okay to pay well for right skillset, majority they have in the dev team is non visa ones. I am not able to understand why any big tech wants cheap labor ? All they wanted is quality workers kada ? Majority H1b flow tho benefiting is ITserve aka desi staffing companies and WITCH. @JANASENA @Konebhar6
