Naku telsina family lo primary h1 ki 9 months nunchi job ledu.. wife is on h4 EAD and is a big manger in a big company.. as he doesn’t have a job, they are unable to apply for h1 extension, which is expiring in 3 months.. 

Kids are teenagers and they might have to leave if he doesn’t get a job in the next couple of months.. she will lose her job too as her EAD will expire.. 

It will be a big change for them as the kids pretty much grew up here, they have to sell the house, etc etc

usually... h4 EAD will expire kadha when H1b out of status.. 9 months ante too long and expired so automatically EAD kuda expires kadha
