What capital ,who asked this broker to pool 33,000 acres for capital completely making the land unusable for decades.

For the same reason CBN did not present a bill for Amaravati as Capital. FYi, Jagan introduced 3 capital bill and then revoked later. 

Just a GO is enough to declare a capital. The reason being, all the states already had capital even before constitution came into force and adapted the same with Chandigarh as exception.

The discussion around the Andhra Pradesh capital has gained momentum again, with strong indications that the official Gazette naming Amaravati as the capital could be released in December. According to internal briefings, the CRDA has intensified its focus on legal and administrative procedures required for the upcoming bill.

Sources say that the CRDA Commissioner recently met farmers and informed them that the bill related to the Amaravati Gazette is expected to be placed in Parliament during the December sessions. The legal department has also been examining various technical points to ensure the bill moves smoothly without procedural hurdles.

There is also talk that the Commissioner clarified an important point during internal reviews. As of now, no city in the state holds an officially published Gazette declaring it as the capital. This clarification has become a key reference for the ongoing process.

With the government showing urgency and December sessions approaching, expectations are rising among Amaravati farmers that the long pending issue of capital finalisation will finally take a clear legal shape.

Indake clear ga seppina, Nothing as such has been taken up before and the present capitals have all been in existence pre independence and the same has been carried forward…anthe thappa bills were not tabled in the parliament to identify a ‘Capital’. Infact, there is no provision which claims seat of administration has to be in the capital or seat of administration should be identified as capital.

In short, Capital is a state subject. I can talk on this subject without quoting any media link.
