I got High blood pressure from parents early 20's lo comedy ga. Expect that I am perfect. I use small dosage medicine everyday for that but lifestyle is more important. I eat once a day but drink lot of beer weekends especially football and holidays season lo but still my BP never be an issue naaku. Because of my food habits and I do walking like 25K steps easy ga and some running not too much 4 days a week and only abdominal workout potta raakunda nenu thaage beer ki cause I drink beer only no other alcohol weekends yoga like breathing. I eat only chicken soup weekdays lo andula one day asak thinanu like Monday to digest weekends chetha. High blood pressure vunte avoid intensive workout lekunte Assam I tried almost died feel vache krutha mooskoni I listen my body. Still in early 30 kabatti so far so good later chudali once 40 hit aithe. No idea about diabetes maa kompa lo yevadiki ledhu naaku ledhu. All about food habits and diet Anna any rogam.
