8-5 job does not apply to these desi vendors....morning 7 ke calls start and evening min 6 avthadi on avg. Inka sometimes night call lo undali offshore tho. Imagine thellodu handling this work culture.....never. Company productivity / throughout goes down drastically if they really follow 8-5 work timing. 
I am not supporting this type of toxic desi work culture...but reality alane undi and thellollu cannot cannot do this much long hrs on regular basis PERIOD.
