Vigilante justice is plain wrong. Whatever name you give to it. In case of naxals they don't have any checks and balances in their justice system. Innocents are often killed . Naxals want to be the Judge , jury and executioner all without any meaningful trial or allowing arguments for the defendant. 

 

Allegation of crimes against someone can result in him getting killed just for being a rich person without those crimes proven

Secondly, where has this preaching gone when the current system is behaving tyrannical and not delivering justice? Justice delayed, frustrated justice, not wholesome justice. The fact of the current system. Claiming that checks and balances exist in the current system is laughable. Finally, where was this fair trial argument when people are being encountered, public shaming is carried out, moral policing is ongoing aided by the current corrupt system?
