Thanks. Existing doc working for same practice was born and brought in that region (white) said positive things, beach 🏖️ is within 45 mins (gulf coast), mostly people going there to escape saturated markets like Dallas/Houston. Interesting thing, it’s one of the highest paid region for docs in entire US, others being Midwest like Nebraska/Kentucky. Planning to visit there sometime.
