i do not know which perspective you are talking... lets take an example of god fearing surgeon and apply your logic here... if he was not given a darshan fastly who will be dying... ?. Apply the same thing to district collector , district magistrate, cm, and the people who are serving public.. so if we do not give them way there would be someone who is going to be denied or delayed the service...  suggesting them not to have a family or visiting the temples is foolishness,
