He enjoyed the house for 2 years. I am shocked he came out with little profit or no profit. 4-5% broker commission on 799k gets it to 760 which is more than what he paid. Let’s say he gave some 20k in buyer credits, it’s break even. He did well considering market conditions IMO. 1 Quote
