Forcing farmers to stop farming would lead to more agricultural output as companies would take their place and farm at scale which would lead to higher output and lower cost.

Not saying India should do the same.  India just needs to stop subsidies for farmers so that only those who are profitable will continue.

Punjab farmers fight gurthuleedha? Entire state was blocking which is not acceptable in a democratic set up.

Right or wrong aneedhi time chebuthundhi but Govt had to yield to suh large scale democratic protests..

Cant find wrong with Modi on this.

Yeah thats why I was saying that the government is doing is part. Its the people who are unwilling.
