No, it can be removed with just one rulemaking regulation. Its not a law...look back into the history. Besides this tech lobbying was enuf for thatha to not act on it. Its very clear. This repeal was part of rulemaking agenda back in his first term but couldn't get to it due to bigger issues at that time.

every one wants faang level candidates for ameerpet salaries. economic uncertainity and bad job market balekapovadam valla employers are being picky.while it makes it difficult for people who are looking for a job it, there is nothing discrimantory since companies want to potentially pick extradordinary  candidates, which in normal times probably would not even apply to these companies. i have not been a contractor for a long time but for full time jobs i don't know if the discrimination is blatant against anyone. referrrals and past work relationship do tend to take precedence over unknown or new applicants.

H4EAD is given to dependents. 

Lot of ladies instead of sitting at home getting depressed are out working.

Ironicallly, people who are against H4EAD are not fit for H1 in the first place. They are all frauds. Who are they kidding.

If you are supporting H4EAD removal, I would say remove H4 alltogether.

Why should they get visa to enter US just because they married a H1? 

If they want to marry and have family, let them go back.

If they marry while on H1,  lets cancel the H1, put them in chains and deport.

Cases should also be filed on their parents as coconspirators

Agreed, H1 should be restricted to make only highly qualified people come to the country, maybe instead of 65k salary, make it 130k and H4-EAD should be given to all H4s. I think it is ridiculous that women are not "allowed" to work in this country.
