Aallu offshore or afterhours calls ani 60hrs pani chesthe his/her effective rate is $45/hr. Same work done by any vomerican gets the billing rate they worked every hour at 60$/hr. Who is more productive and who has better quality of life? Extorting unreasonable productivity from any individual and taking advantage of their situation (e.g. visa status) is the definition of slavery.

I'm still confused why most of our Desi Tejams tell we are available 24/7 on teams. Online lo undadam evadiki kavali @akkum_bakkum ni aduguthunna. IT coding now is very easy and nuvvu last 2 years lo job change cheyakunda patha company ki work chesukuntuu rotta stories chepatanu ante nuvvu assam. I can see many Americans who are in IT jobs with freshers and 3 years of experience in IT jobs. H1-B are ** with AI and Americans coming to IT sector post covid. 

I worked with many Americans, Chinese, European, Middle east. Americans have life and enjoy spending time with family, games, workouts and believe me Americans are very talented, professional and they can work independently . Mfuckers,  cow dung, curry smell indians play politics and are  less talented, unprofessional and the reason why indians are having jobs is most of them are indians in IT industr.
