Greenrich Meadows sudurri….kara andubatulo vundi rate…35-45k/yard la vundi rate….many affluent and popular people in that route bought plots…MAK ka Baap, BTR kante better

Pick your poison. West takes off if BRS comes back to power. South will develop more if Revant comes back to power. 

If you know ground reality brs is going to come back strong. None is benefitting from congress. No new development done by congress and still relying on brs work. Commissions are 15% flat used to be 8% in brs

Regardless of who comes next, Hyd natural growth engine is west. There’s still a lot of land bank in the west. And South will be natural extension to west and will develop whoever comes

Mokila and Chevella are going to be hot hubs.. maheswaram, Kongarkanal, Mucherla may be adibatla koncham time paduthundhi.. may be 15 years if RRR is completed..

Congress ki vachina problem enti Antae they are not in center so fund management has to happen like a regiona party with in the state. Last election lo DK helped hoping they can recover but few things didn’t work. 
1. builders are not funding, inventory clearing lo unnaru because 15-20% commission to the party fund in a stagnant real estate market kastam

2. Musi project was a well planned cash cow but execute avvaledu.

3. Hyderabad university land kudha tried to recover some funds but kaledu.

4. Metro expansion ki break. 

last 2 options 

1. Forth city - chidali Idhi Eyla work out avuthundhi ani.. Idhi work out ayithae next year election ki 50% fund ready. 

2. RRR - DPR approvals ayithae atleast last term election expenditure recover avuthundhi. 
 

if above 2 are not working then election funding will be a challenge, e sari DK helped hoping cheyaledu..

Vadu anna manalati NRI’s ni sarvam nakistaru. Fraud and deception is at peak in places like Hyderabad. Inheritance ni kapadukovatam kastam ga undi, forget about new investments. Currently dealing with a property issue in Hyd suburb and it’s extremely hard to deal with these people. I felt no such thing called, manavathvam, jaali anymore in the people, everyone seemed soo crooked. @baabaa
