I only buy through known people. Gated communities. Check papers with a known lawyer. Take loan from a bank even if you can afford to buy all cash. Inherited properties are good, but you have to make sure you know the inheritance tree. Make sure to get the documents signed by all adults like sisters/brothers/their kids...let them know you are buying .. Once you buy, take an electricity connection on your name and put a shed with water pump, etc ... Even if there are issues, possession/utilities comes into the picture. Give a paper advertisement before buying ... safe from all sides. Quote
