Buy a plot in a gated community. Dont build a villa. You can build when you go back or sell the plot if you never go back. 
Check out for ventures from reputed builders like Prestige, etc. my BIL bought a 500sq yard plot with all amenities, gated villa, water, electricity connection, roads, tennis/VB courts, restaurant, convention hall, etc. it’s a plot ready to construct. All plumbing, electricity, water done. Bought for 40k 5 yrs back. Now 2lakhs/sq yard. It’s in Rajendra nagar. 
Location is crucial in your case. Choose a location where you can raise your family 5-7 yrs down the lane

3500 sq ft villa unte 12K maitenance key kattaliga...idk if its reasonable in todays market. Never lived in hyd, I know we used to pay 1500 maintenance in standalone apartments. 

Lifestyle and amenities. It should be one of the factors you consider while buying a villa or a Plot in a gated community. You obviously pay for amenities whether you use or not. It makes sense if you use. If you do not use, then dont buy there. Buy in a venture where the maintenance is less and has amenities you need and will use.

Chala baguntundi Venture. Opposite lo inko venture untundi where all hi-fi doctors in the city reside. They built their leisure homes there. Chala pedda venture. Nearby forest and Himayat Sagar Lake. Early morning peacock and other wild life sounds. Prabhas is also constructing a huge home there on a hill.
