30k acres of government land which won't disrupt public life.

You can declare as much government land as you want as capital because it won't disrupt public.

Land pooling gola lekapothe admin buildings kattedaaniki max to max 2 years ,tarvaathi vere areas tho paatu organic ga develop avthaadhi .ippud government has to develop the 33,000 acres or the farmers in the entire area will revolt after hype dies down and land prices fall.admin buildings ke dikku diwaana ledu.

Jagan himself told he was okay with any location as capital but strongly against land pooling.

The only reason why government even goes for land pooling is to loot land from common people and redistribute developed plots to cbn benamis and leftovers to TDP beggars and scrap hinterland to common people who donated their land using loopholes or else no reason for government to go through an elaborate process than to construct capital on government lands.

Insider trading would have happened regardless of land pooling ,it depends on hype created.
