anyone with basic sense in economics would see why amaravathi is a disaster ,forgot about all the scams ,all the productivity of 33,000 acres of land is gone indefinitely.

Integrated financial city ante emuntundhi - All retail banks, insurance companies, financial regulatory bodies, investment banks, mortgage firms, academic institutes (like IMMs), risk management/research etc are in the same location, including their housing and other facilities. From some articles I read earlier, its similar thing CBN wanted when he first started work on Hyd financial district, similar to S'pore financial district (its also called central business district). Appatlo insurance regulatory authority or some regulatory body tecchindu, which was supposed to go to Mumbai. After that...he didn't stay in power
