Half ante too much kani but prices are reducing like crazy. Even mana telugu craze unna areas like frisco lo I heard from close friend that 1.2mil house was sold for 980k. Hardly 2-3 year old house anta. On top of 1.2mil mana telugu tejam did lot of work on it with backyard kitchen, upgraded wood floor , shades etc etc

All signs pointing to a quick min 20% drop. Govt will step in with an aid package but it’s in their best interest to let them fall. 
Housing affordability problem solved and inflation will come down.
