I am talking about spillover bro. They dont have slots for spillover. Ex. 19 countries spillover south africa ki vachindhi anuko. they will not have visa slots to process extra spillover at consular posts. This will land in to Employment based next year.

Based on spillover info they will move eb dates to anticipate the numbers. They might move by 3 months or 1 year or 2 years. Uncles may not get green card but lot of them will get EADs.
