Haha. I only answered your question. It’s around ECIL area. I keep getting instagram reels. That’s how I know. I would never buy there. 
I bought a 700 sq ft studio for 65 lakhs in financial district recently. I have plans to add another villa in Tukkuguda municipality. Around 2-2.5 cr should get you a decent one. I will sell other lands I have at other locations to buy these.

Traffic is a hassle in city. You haven’t lived there to experience it on week days. I have family there so I know.

Of course I would not buy in this place. My favored destinations are Tukkuguda or Tellapur/Mokila
