Home prices go up and down. They are enjoying the house right. They should worry only if they are forced to sell right now for any reason.

That’s their main worry, man. All my friends in Austin are working full-time but constantly stressed about losing their jobs because of AI advancements and changes in immigration. If they do lose their jobs, they’d have to sell their homes at around a $150k loss (including interest, realtor fees, etc.) and move back to India

True, that’s a thing to worry.
