Netflix valuation is nearly 500 billion.. they can afford this debt.. 

there are lot of companies whose valuation is less than the debt they have.. like ATT and Verizon

valuation 100x compared to peanut revenue it gets. NFLX only flex is subscriber count which it is losing slowly to others. reed hastings is a scammer. ATT  Verizon have assets which will matches debts incase of worst scenario. but Netflix is not the case.
