The only people I am seeing buying real estate in tier -1 cities are.

Govt officials/politicians/business people with black money

People selling ancestral assets to shift their base into other cities

Most of the working people are looking to buy property in their hometown hoping they would appreciate,even then in my tier-3 city ,from info from a broker, most of the people who are buying belong to above the top section who have long standing relations with him and working class people are very very less.

 

You won't be able to buy property with working class money in this country anymore unless you are like top 0.5% of your field and earning like 1cr plus or combined wife plus husband income.

total nonsense real estate show in telugu states bro, running on corrupt black money, already rates surpassing big us cities ,  15-25 cr villas anta, what bull chit,  not sure how with basically zero infra once you go outside those communities, full dust, horrible traffic, pothole filled roads, no footpaths etc,  konni rojullo it will surpass manhattan and cali as well, pyramid scheme will run until black money exists
