1. Sack the minister. He is good for nothing.

2. Indigo needs to be controlled, divested and split. 

Indigo has been controlling the sector, has a powerful lobby solely because it controls massive market share and size of air craft. 

There was enough time for the airlines to recruit and train additional pilots. All other including Air India and Akasa have implemented the new rules but Indigo being the biggest player needs to recruit hundreds of pilots and choose not to.
