This single incident exposed the fragility of Indian Aviation sector, one player can create a chaos that can impact the entire country... I have seen people crying and howling in Bengaluru airport...what a circus, worst job by everyone involved in it.

1) Watchdog responsibility ni fail ayyindi DGCA. Daani explanation enti?

2) Why is there no competition in the airline industry? Okkadi chetilo pettadam ento!

3) As per existing laws, why are passengers not getting compensation when the flights are getting cancelled?

there are no anti-trust laws in India and any regulatory bodies that oversee the mergers and takeovers like SEC or FTC.

what is the market share of akasa air? probably less than 1%. Some regional airports r surviving exclusively based on Indigo e.g. Rajahmundry, Kadapa. Migitha airlines ki aa margins levu. Opex is too high to maintain an extensive network in India where other modes of public transport r more prevalent.

Ade antundi. If there is no change to make the system better, what is the definition of watchdog? Why does a ministry exist? Lanchaalaka or backdoor deals ka?

I just expressed that I liked Aakasa's experience more than other airlines. Why does it not have market share and why does Indigo operate from smaller airports ante.. how did it first get that leverage? How is it continuing to get that leverage? I am most certain that a few things are playing here. Central Minister/businessman evado takeover cheyadaniki try chestunnadu. Mee RMK gadu kuda long rope iche vuntaadu. Endukante mee Vijayawada nundi international flights ravadaniki Indigo ne help chestundi ani. Singapore ki naduputundi vaade anukunta kada. Ee biscuit vesadani, musukuni koorchuntaaru.

దేశవ్యాప్తంగా ఇండిగో విమాన సర్వీసుల్లో తలెత్తిన సంక్షోభంపై ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ ముఖ్యమంత్రి చంద్రబాబు స్పందించారు. ప్రయాణికులు ఎదుర్కొన్న ఇబ్బందులకు ఇండిగో సంస్థ వైఫల్యమే కారణమని ఆయన అభిప్రాయపడ్డారు. ఈ వ్యవహారంపై సోమవారం ఆయన అమరావతిలో కీలక వ్యాఖ్యలు చేశారు.

విమాన ప్రయాణికుల భద్రతను పెంచేందుకే కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం పైలట్లు, సిబ్బందికి తగినంత విశ్రాంతి కల్పించేలా కొత్త నిబంధనలు తీసుకొచ్చిందని చంద్రబాబు తెలిపారు. అంతర్జాతీయ ప్రమాణాలకు అనుగుణంగా ఫ్లైట్ డ్యూటీ టైమ్ లిమిటేషన్ (ఎఫ్‌డీటీఎల్) నిబంధనలను అమలు చేయడం సరైన చర్య అని ఆయన సమర్థించారు.

అయితే, ఈ మార్పులను ఇండిగో సంస్థ సరిగ్గా అంచనా వేసి, అందుకు అనుగుణంగా ప్రణాళికలు రూపొందించుకోవడంలో విఫలమైందని చంద్రబాబు విమర్శించారు. సంస్థ తీరు వల్లే ప్రయాణికులు తీవ్రమైన ఇబ్బందులు పడాల్సి వచ్చిందని అన్నారు. ప్రస్తుతం ఈ పరిణామాలపై కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం దృష్టి సారించిందని, పరిస్థితిని చక్కదిద్దేందుకు అవసరమైన చర్యలు తీసుకుంటోందని ఆయన వివరించారు.
