Honestly, no one cares.. even if it is an inconvenience, it impacts only few ppl on the road at that time sees some procession going on.. they may even ignore it or curse for blocking the traffic..  same for movie celebrations, it impacts only the people who come to watch the movie at that time.. 

it becomes an issue only when we start sharing in social media.. jaffas emo defaming kosam, pulkas emo goppa kosam andariki share chestaaru
